Novacap closes TMT V Fund at $840 M
Novacap raises Canada’s largest private equity fund focused on the Technology, Media and Telecom (“TMT”) sector.
The Fund will invest in TMT companies with revenues of $30 million to $300 million.
New fundraising brings the Firm’s total capital raised to over $2.6 billion since inception, with current assets under management of $2.26 billion.

Global Relay Canadian Masters Road Championships
Dominic Chalifoux was victorious in his category at the Global Relay Canadian Masters Road Championships in Vancouver this past weekend. Dominic is Vice President and Senior Asset Operations Director at Axium, and a member of the Trek-GPL cycling team.
